Annual Home Servicing
Our preventative maintenance visit keeps your property in optimal condition and includes:
- Checking all accessible taps, shower heads, washers and under-sink areas for leaks
- Visual and manual inspection of all accessible doors, windows and locks
- Visual inspection of roof gutters and external pipes
- Cleaning air conditioner filters
- Testing all accessible keys and locks
- Checking batteries in split system and fan remotes
- Inspecting toilets for leaks, running water and loose seats
- Checking and tightening door handles
